ALL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID BEFORE SHIPPING. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover (debit and credit cards), PayPal, authorized cashier's checks, and personal checks. PLEASE NOTE: Our bank requires 14 days to clear a personal check, so items will not be shipped until a personal check clears.
FOR ALL IN-STOCK ITEMS, we usually ship an order within 1-2 days.
FOR ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, we provide a promise date and do not bill you until we begin to work on your unique drum, rattle or drum bag. * (see below)
We charge a FLAT 20% shipping and handling fee on all orders except powwow drums. We charge a minimum of $10.00 shipping on small orders to cover postal costs.
Powwow Drums: Powwow drums are defined as any large drum that comes with a FREE red oak stand, from 20" in diameter to 36" in diameter. We are artists, not shippers. Because powwow drums are oversized and difficult to pack and ship, we use professional shippers. We do not charge any handling fee. We simply take your drum to the store and ship it at cost. We bill your account and send you the invoice from the shipper. Shipping cost for a 24" powwow drum averages between $75 and $120, depending upon your location. Shipping cost on larger drums are, of course, higher because of the size and weight of the drum. We can provide you with a more accurate shipping estimate if you give us your address, complete with zip code.
We do ship orders overnight or express, if requested. We will call with the extra shipping fees for your approval before shipping. We add an extra 10% to all RUSH orders because it usually means we have to pull an overnighter to get the work done.
We offer a six month guarantee on all of our drums. Our warranty is void if customer oils the rawhide, burns the drum, cuts the rawhide with a sharp object, changes their mind or damages the drum in any other way. This warranty does not cover climate, hurricanes, blizzards, fire, floods, earthquakes, or any other acts of Creator. Drums should not be used as chairs. Sitting on drums can stretch the hides. We can only guarantee our work.
Please save all packing materials until you ensure that your drum was not damaged in shipping. If shipping damage occurs, we will work with shipper and replace your drum ASAP. We do not provide refunds on custom drum bags or custom painted drums, but you will see and approve all sketches before we begin to paint.
We promise quality products and friendly, prompt customer service. When you call us, you will talk to a live person, either Keith who makes the drums or Cheryl who paints them and makes the drum bags. Unless you get our answering machine . . . But we'll still call you back as soon as we can.
